First grade is a BLAST! Throughout the 1st grade year, scholars are putting the Kindergarten fundamentals to use. Our first grade scholars are building their written, spoken and oral vocabulary. They are becoming stronger readers and mathematicians. Learning about their surroundings and how the world works in science and social studies is the highlight of the week.

MEET THE TEACHER

Virtue Harris 

Ms. Harris received her B.S. in Paralegal studies, with a Minor in Criminal Justice from Liberty University. She felt the calling of education on her life and has previously served as a Pre-School and Kindergarten teacher. Ms. Harris is a dynamic instructor who loves children and seeks to help them grow each and every day.
